Apart from internal UK orders, CDs are shipped without tracking and LPs are shipped with tracking. If you require tracking for CDs outside the UK please contact us.

Outside Australia, if you order the 'box set' and would like another item, please only order the box set in the one order, and make a separate order for any other items. This will not affect the postal charges.

If the product arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us. We replace, of course.
